Why? I am a certified personal trainer with a degree in exercise science. I have experience working with college athletes at the power 5 level, 5+ years working with in-person and online clients and I have written hundreds of programs that show long-term results.

I’m passionate about equipping powerful individuals to tap into their innate power, reach their goals, and level up their daily routine through improved habits.

My STORY
It all began on January 8, 2018.
​
I was an NCAA athlete on the College of Charleston Equestrian Team until I tore my PCL in an accident. I had to relearn how to walk, and my health completely went out the door. I was diagnosed with anxiety/depression and had zero self-control when it came to food.
​
In 2018, I decided to turn it around and set a goal to seek confidence in myself, and take control of my life. I stuck to that, completely altered my lifestyle, and found a passion to help others do the same. â €

From 2019-2022 a lot of growth took place.
I graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science.
I interned at Georgia Tech where I was exposed to different training methods and modalities, Olympic weight lifting, and earned my voice on the floor as a coach.
I became the assistant coach for Metanoia Strong, coaching many women throughout their health & fitness journeys.

I became the lead programmer for Metanoia Strong, creating programs for the entirety of the company.
I interned at Clemson University where I learned how important it is to stay fresh in your research, how to program for different sports teams, and how to communicate to athletes as a coach and mentor.

I changed course from pursuing a career as a college strength coach to now a full-time online health coach.

In 2022, I began working with Progressive Performance under Bryce Calvin and his team. I'm doing more in depth studies on biomechanics and logistics of programming. I'm working closely with experienced and educated coaches to learn the ins-and-outs of real world application

Today, I've dedicated my coaching practice to working with hard workers who desire to take their fitness to the next level.
