At HB Fitness, we value hard work, discipline, and drive. This program isn't for beginners or first-timers, but rather individuals who have already proven they can and will put in the work. As a community, we're committed to growth. We are not meant to stay the same, but rather to grow and evolve. Growth is not easy or comfortable, however, when we experience discomfort, and push past our limits, that is where the real magic happens. If you're ready to work, then you're in the right place.

"I’d never been into a specific gym routine and had never even heard of tracking macros. She eased me into both and before I knew it, I was working with Hannah for the next year and crushing it! My weight loss wasn’t the only reward during my training with Hannah. I got stronger, and more importantly I grew more confident. I felt better in my body, I felt like I better understood my body, and I learned to have a healthy relationship with and appreciation for food as fuel for my body.

"Hannah has been the best coach I have ever had. No joke. I honestly can’t even believe what she has taught me about working out and nutrition in the year I’ve been with her. I feel so much more confident when I go to gym now and I’m now seeing muscle groups showing that I’ve never seen before! But most importantly, she has really helped my relationship with food. I didn’t realize how poorly I was fueling my body before I worked with her and now I feel confident about foods before even looking at nutrition labels. The only faults have been with myself and not following the protocols she would give to me, but she always understood and adjusted based off my stress levels and work schedule.
